This easy, delicious and healthy avocado egg spread is a very quick meal for your breakfast or snack.
Same goes for eggs. There are numerous benefits of eating eggs. Eggs contain numerous nutrients, it has a good cholesterol, high amount of protein, and good fat.
Egg Avocado Spread Recipe
This recipe will make 2 servings.

- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp low fat greek yogurt (my favourite is FAGE)
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the avocado, remove the pit and mash the avocado in a bowl. Cut the boiled eggs into smaller cubes and mix with avocado.
- At the end, add all the other ingredients and mix together.
- You can serve it with a whole-grain bread.
